"I wasn’t expecting much for the price..."
I wasn’t expecting much for the price, but after using it, I’m genuinely impressed. The quality feels better than I thought it would, and it’s been a really solid buy for the money

"My custom ring turned out exactly how I wanted"
I got a custom ring made through Balacia, and yeah, I was a little nervous about it because custom stuff can be tricky. But i don’t get why some people act like it’s impossible to get the details right because mine came out pretty much exactly how I asked. The stone size was right, the engraving looked good, and the small design changes I requested were all there. It did take a bit of time, but that’s kind of expected with a custom piece. I’m happy with it and think they did a solid job.

"Color was actually spot on, unlike most sites"
I was ready to be annoyed because so many companies post pictures that look nothing like what you get. But this time, Balacia actually got it right. The color was really close to what I saw on balacia.com, maybe just a tiny bit warmer under my room lighting, but still exactly the vibe I wanted. So yeah, I’m happy with it, even if I hate that I had to worry about being misled in the first place...

"Return was fine, just kind of slow"
I had to send my order back, and the process itself wasn’t too hard. It just took longer than I thought it would. Customer service got back to me after a couple days, and the refund showed up later after that whole thing. Not a bad experience, but it could’ve been a bit smoother.

"Really impressed with the stitching so far"
I just received it recently, and the stitching was the first thing I noticed. It looks really neat, and the overall workmanship feels solid. So far, I’m really happy with it.

Overall, I like the way the fabric feels. It’s soft and comfortable, which is what stood out to me the most. The stitching is a little rough in a few spots, so it doesn’t feel totally polished, but for me the material itself makes it nice.

"Fit was spot on"
i mean, I ordered my usual size and it fit exactly like the chart said it would. No weird tight spots or random loose areas. Happy with it, especially since online sizing can be such a hassle sometimes.

"Fast Delivery and Smooth Experience"
I ordered from balacia.com and was surprised by how fast everything moved. I wasn’t expecting the shipping to be that quick, so that was a nice little win.

The tracking email came through soon after I placed the order, and the updates worked just fine. When the package arrived, it was packed well and everything inside was in perfect shape.

It only took a few days to get here, and I’m genuinely happy with how easy the whole process was. I’d definitely order again after this experience...

They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I expected. I was also hoping for clearer instructions so I knew what to do next without having to wait around

The dress was actually nice, which was a pleasant surprise. The fabric felt soft and good quality, the stitching was neat, and it looked pretty much like I hoped it would. So yes, for once, the description wasn’t wildly optimistic
